Packaging Process:
When it comes to getting items ready for shipping, there are two main things to consider: how complex the content is and the variety in sentence structures. The first one, often called “perplexity,” measures how intricate the text is, while the second, known as “burstiness,” evaluates the diversity in sentence lengths. Human writers tend to have higher burstiness by mixing short and long sentences. On the other hand, AI-generated sentences usually have a consistent length. To ensure that the content you create for me has the right level of perplexity and burstiness, please keep these factors in mind.
Shipping and Packing Policy
Packing Procedure:
To make sure live plants are delivered safely, they are carefully packed in carton boxes with protective layers. Currently, we don’t attach name tags to the plants during packing.
For non-living items like grow bags, fertilizers, and pots, they will be packed in either carton boxes or packing bags.
Shipping Process:
We ship our products through third-party courier companies such as Bluedart, DTDC, smartr, TrackON, ST Courier, Franch Express & Speed Post (India Post). Once the products are shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email as the default option, and if you prefer, through WhatsApp. To track the status of the courier, you can visit the specific courier company’s website. Please note that for live plants, you won’t be charged actual shipping fees, but there are minimum charges for packing and local transportation, which you can find on our website.
Delivery Time:
For live plants, it takes around 4 to 8 days for delivery in urban areas, and an additional 4 to 10 days for rural or remote areas.
For non-live products, the expected delivery time is 2 to 10 days.
Please be aware that home and office delivery times depend on the norms of the respective courier companies.
Delays and Damages:
If there’s any delay in delivery by the courier company or if the products get damaged during transit, we are not responsible for that. However, we do consider such cases and provide compensation as a special service through our Santhi Online Plants service team.
Payment Methods:
We are glad to accept payments through the Razorpay gateway, which supports Gpay, Phonepe, PayTM, debit and credit card payments, and other online modes of payment. There are no transaction charges for any payment method you choose.
